    Yoga?

What do you guys think? I just did a 15 min session from a DVD that someone sent to me. I felt like a dork while I was doing it, but I'm feeling surprisingly relaxed right now. I feel stretched out and limber. Haven't felt that way in a long time.

You're supposed to sit in a class with nine cougars when you do yoga.

I'd feel self conscious, but not like a dork.
The search for inner peace continues...

maybe it's because I always feel like a dork? I dunno, I'm still feeling pretty good.

Man, I love Yoga. Great for building strength, alleviating stress, and increasing flexibility.

Yoga is good. Its even better when done in a class with a qualified instructor, and even better when there are lots of hot women in the class.

All of the above is true. In my case, I picked the class that had the best instructor. The fact that she has a calm, soothing, sensual voice didn't hurt either!

However, I did enjoy the one session when a different instructor told the class to "become as erect as possible". I took a LOT of self-restraint not to say something that might have gotten me kicked out of class!

And on a related note, my peripheral vision has improved to the point where I can see directly behind my own head!

Just wear long pants or sweats if you attend class. That's all I ask.

This is for the benefit of all of the other students. There is far too much bending and stretching in Yoga for men to wear shorts. I don't want your goods falling out 12 inches from me when you're doing a pose.

I'm pretty sure most people can kick my ass. I had to bend over at the hips as far as possible. The lady in the video used the brick to put her hands on. I had to stack the bricks.

I'm a 49 year old man and can place my palms flat on the floor, bending at the waist.

The shorts I wear are just above the knees. If the goods were falling out all the way down there, I'd be in a totally different line of work.

I'm 42 yr old man, and it would cause irrepairable damage to my parts if I did that.

Time and practice, and training, and you too can do this. It's hilarious, seeing the instructors face when you have a new one (especially a 19 yr old college student, female), when an older baggy skinned greybeard like me pulls it off, too.

hah, I'd be lucky if I could even grab the lower part of my shin.
Food for thought: if you aren't dead by 2050, you and your entire family will be within a few years from starvation. Now that is a cruel gift to leave for your offspring. ;)
