good shampoo?

Does anybody know of a really good shampoo? I suppose I should post this in the Health and Beauty forum , but honest..there's a perfectly good reason why I WON'T...sorry Mr. spike...;-) sheepish grin) I was decorating this tree see.. Its a grapevine Christmas tree that I bought at a craft store and its really really cool. Ohhhh I know...that should be in the Christmas forum.... Anyhow... I thought it would look cool to sprinkle colored feathers on it since I can't put any lights on it up in our balcony. But the feathers kept falling off.... I know ...Craft Forum......

So I bought this aresol spray adhesive. Figured I could just spray it on...then sprinkle the feathers and they would stick where ever they landed. So...spray I did. But the nozel was turned the wrong way and I didn't notice, and I sprayed it right into my face and hair. To add insult to injury here...I had the little bag of feathers in my other hand ..ready to sprinkle, when the spray hit me in the face. YuP.... the feathers sprinkled alright.... now I look like a brightly plumed bird. Oh I know.... pet forum.... (ok...that was for laughs, I got the feathers out)

But truth guys~~~this stuff is way tougher than hairspray. Its GLUE. I tried to shower it out using shampoo...that was a mistake. Now its not even styled. Just this big mangled glop of hair right in my face. Any suggestions? And don't say try blowdrying it! ARGGGGG....and don't you dare laugh! grrrmmmmphhhhhhhh.

If it's glue, you will need a solvent depending on the type of glue. Maybe try some acetone if your wife has fingernail polish remover. Otherwise, scissors will take care of the problem pretty quickly.

And I don't really believe you either until I see pics.
