Congrats to the Bolts! Shame on you Kerry Fraizer. That last call on Pratt was real crap.

Thats ****ing bull****. Kerry Frazer screwed the flames with that last call, and of everything he could've called, he called a charge. It just isnt right when a team from Florida beats a canadian team in hockey for the Cup

There are more canadians on TB than Calgary ...

Still I hate refs in hockey but you gotta give credit to TB. Amazing puck handling, superior defence and better offence (I HATE dump and run hockey that calgary was playing) It was a bad call but thats hockey...unfortunately...

Definately the best series in many many many years. I might give hockey a shot again next year, if it prove to stay good I might have to become a fan again.

What and that cut on St. Louis was my imagination? Frasier could (should) have given Iginla a game misconduct penalty for the temper tantrum he threw and in actuality the call should have been FOUR minutes for the blood being drawn.

It's an obvious sign of the apocalypse, a team from Florida winning the Stanely Cup.

The world could end tomorrow and still won't change the fact that the Tampa Bay Lightning are the 2003-2004 Stanley Cup Champions. None of the "experts" respected our chances and now they're choking on it. Eat this Max Kellerman and Jim Rome!

Then why make the Apocalypse statement? Sounds kinda bitter for someone who doesn't care.

Couldn't agree more. Dang are we starting a trend here? That's 3 thing in the last few days we've seen eye to eye on.

I shouldn't forget the Conn Smythe trophy winner (playoff MVP) Brad Richards. http://www.nhl.com/cupcrazy2004/seri...he060704.shtml

With his even game winners in the post-season he's still one of the first (he and St.Louis especially) to spread the credit to his team.

Uhh, this sucks, Flames got so close. But congrats to Tampa and especially to Andreychuck. They played a great series and controlled the 7th game for nearly 50 minutes. They earned it. And there will always be next season...

The Lightning winning the Stanley Cup has been more fun then the Bucs winning the superbowl.
They should of made today a holiday in Tampa. We are all so tired and a little hung over that it is going to be a long work day.. Might have to get the 24 hour flu tomorrow to see the parade..

YEAH LIGHTNING!!!

The only reason blood was drawn was b/c when St. Louis fell who ever's stick it was came down with him in a controlled manner and tapped him. Definately not a call you make in the last 5 mins of game 7 in a 2-1 game. Raiyn i've been playing hockey for 12 years, i know this game, and i know that wasn't a high stick and the fact the blood was drawn was more because of the fall than the hit
