Archie chose Veronica??

I'm stunned. After all these years Archie chose someone and Veronica at that. Why would he choose her over Betty?

They talk about it in his online entry how he is impetuous and often has regrets. My guess is that it's a switch at the altar, and he winds up with betty.

Betty is the wiser choice but she wears her heart on her sleeve too much and Archie, being the player that he is, took advantage of her.

Archie was always my hero as he demonstrated that the red headed guys could get the girls... despite liking my women darker, I always preferred Betty as she is a more wholesome and down to earth gal.

Well, of course red-headed guys can get the girls. I dated a red-headed guy once. He was very nice. Wonder what happened to him. hmmmmmm!

And here I thought they'd go with some sort of "Archie marries them both" type of issue.
