With the current times as they are - job losses, home repossessions, crime increases, family break ups - there tends to be a buildup of stress that creeps upon us, sometimes we don't even realize it until one last straw threatens to break us.
Try to remember to take the time for you. Take time to breathe. Take things one step at a time and instead of allowing yourself to be in the middle of angst, accept the circumstances that you are in and go at it head on, with grace. Look at the things that weren't lost and realize that you actually do have a lot more than others do.
And smile knowing that you also have a lot to give of yourself to others because you are of value to those that love you.
