buy an item on ebay use paypal

im not 18 yet, so my credit card can not register on the paypal

therefore i can not pay the item use paypal

and then that guy just said to transfer the money directly to his bank account

is there any difference?

except hes going to know my credit number or something.

why paypal is more safer??

The serious answer is that Paypal allows you to send the seller money directly from your checking account without the seller knowing your account number. Paypal also allows you to file a Paypal complaint (where you can get your money back) if there is an issue with the item, for example it's not as listed.

Ask him if he will send it to you COD.

He gets his money, guaranteed. You don't have to give him your account numbers.
