It's not the motorcycle (MV Agusta F4 1000R) that I am unhappy with, it's the dealership at this point. I absolutely love the motorcycle and I have never ridden or seen a bike that I like more. However the dealership is another thing.
I purchased the MV on June 16th. I traded in an 07 ZX14. When I traded it in I handed them a title and a check for $8,000. I did ask them to hold the check for two days which they said no problem. The only catch was that they could not send me the Certificate of Origin until they deposited the check. I cleared it with my credit union and they said no problem.
The following day I took care of the paper work with my credit union and the money was deposited into my account. I immediately called the dealership and told them they could go ahead and deposit the check.
So in short they got my ZX14, they got the title, and they got the money for the bike. The only catch is that I still don't have my Certificate of Origin so in a few days I won't be able to ride the bike since I won't be able to register it or have a license on it. This really sucks since I am leaving for vacation on Monday and won't be able to take my new bike. I am heading out of town tomorrow morning for business and will be returning home Sunday night. Even if the Certificate or Origin arrives today I won't be able to register it in time to take my new bike on vacation.
I called them about the certificate on 6/27 and was told that it was mailed on 6/26. I called them back on 7/3 and was told that it was mailed on 7/2. I only live three hours away from them (I'm in Charleston WV, they are in Akron OH). I'm pretty sure it should have gotten here by now even via snail mail.
So, would anyone else be getting pissed off at this point?
