How to make a Starbucks Frappuccino.

So I normally don't drink this beverage, especially after seeing the base that it's made of (I could not find the box on Google Images, but I know what it looks like and it's not pretty...), but here's the jist of it:

- 1/3 cup of coffee

Blend. Serve. Top that with whipped creams and other sweeteners. Enjoy.

Perfect post-ride food after a hard 50 mile ride.
Ride more.

You forgot the initial phase of how to prepare the coffee:

- Incinerate coffee beans
- place ashes in espresso filter
- use nasty Seattle tap water to extract beverage
