mmmm and healthy

canned chopped tomatoes
spinach
onion
garlic
basil
balsamic vinegar

Fry the onion and garlic. Chuck everything else in and boil. Blitz in blender. Enjoy.
Crusty bread optional.

Now that was a delicious and healthy lunch and took 10 minutes. Beats getting a sandwich instead.
