Needs to be winter already.

I have an ache and the only cure is snowboarding!

It is and the snow is plentiful here. Just watch out for the avalanches at the moment, particularly in the back country.

Oooo don't let Dan see this. He's finally got the sun for five days in a row this week. First time in all of summer he got more than a couple of days in a row without rain.

I'm totally over summer too. Gimme the fall, gimme the spring, but seriously, leave summer out. AND, in L.A it's been a considerably mild summer. I love me LA Winters. I like visiting my husband's home Quebec/Ottawa in winter because snow is purty, not sure how I'd do living and dealing with it day in day out.

According to your wikipedia page, you don't have any months on average that go below 40. Heck...you don't even have any that go below 50.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johns_Creek,_Georgia

So what do you get, about 4 days below 40 per year?

Such a pansy.....I tell ya!

I went to ATL for Christmas a few years ago and it was COLD! Just as cold as a typical Portland winter, but not as bad as last winter.
