I agree with Air, perfect for FOO. Don't want haters thinking hybrid folk have nothing to discuss so we post random pics.

NOW...random hybrid pics is another story.

And an internal 3sp with the shifter on the top tube. It was the only new bike I got as a kid. My mother put them on lay away for all us kid at K-Mart. BTW, those aren't my brothers.

I love the shades on the middle two.

I had a Stingray when I was a kid, complete with banana seat and sissy bar. The frame was blue and the seat was sparkly blue.

Just thinking, many of the "homies" where I live ride these types of bikes now. They are true hybrids, decked out, old school low rider bikes.

Not yet but the audiobook is available from my library read by my favorite reader George Guidell.

It is on my list for a later date. I actually read the book, the old fashioned way, about 50 years ago.

So, I thought I'd go through my flickr account and see if I had any random bike pics from my pre-bike owning and pre-bike aware days. And, lo and behold...I found a handful of pics. These are by far NOT my best pics because I have taken some great ones darnit, but here you are . Comments?

Coming off the ferry in Washington from Bremerton to Seattle

Amsterdam

Amsterdam bike lot (sorry, should have lightened it up first)

More Amsterdam Bikes near Anne Frank House

HA! I almost forgot I rented a bike in Bruges, me and the bike!

2 weeks alone in Europe meant doing laundry, and look, yet another bike on accident
