I'm guessing body dysmorphic disorder plays a significant role in many of those peoples' lives.

I know that one bald headed guy with the huge arms is sick in the head and more than likely going to die. (if he hasn't already) I saw a documentary on him, he's an idiot too.

I can't help but notice that most of them have (what appears to be) very bad skin. Way too much time tanning?

Well... I was at PT this morning for sciatica, and my therapist noted that he'd lifted for years but thinks the 'musclehead' stuff is highly overrated, and that he - in his 50s now - has to do special exercises for his "man boobs" (he's not fat, either).

If you want to build some definition, and not hurt yourself, do body resistance exercises (pushups, pullups, dips, etc) and use machines to avoid hurting your back or putting on weight you're not going to maintain as muscle.

Greg Valentino... self admitted steroid abuser and a cautionary tale for anyone involved in the sport.

His arms are 28 inches plus and he can bench 550 pounds on a decline... woot !

His golden years are gonna suck as he will pay a steep price for what he has done to his body and mind and I don't know about anyone else but it must suck to be hung like a gerbil.

My older brother is one of the strongest people I have ever met and without drugs of any kind had 20 inch arms.

Having this much raw power allowed him to do things most men could not but now, at 50, the arthritis in his shoulders has crippled him and he has trouble lifting his arms over his head.

I don't think he has ever set foot in a gym but worked on oil pipelines for a decade as a labourer.

Women who look like those ones have lost so much body fat they are most certainly on the juice too.

Speaking of someone who's gotta be on steroid crack for chicks... Madonna has gotten scary and not in a good way...

She's kind of got the Lyle Alzado "I shouldn't have taken the 'roids and I'm about to have a nasty bout of cancer look, doesn't she?"

body building is one of those 'sports?' arts that can use a clean up.

Yeah, they talk about doping in cycling... pro cyclists are complete amateurs compared to the bodybuilding crowd.

I never got the point of bodybuilding and I also never got the point on why they put that fake tan stuff to make themselves look really dark.

well, it floats their boat, but not mine.
I don't really complain about other people's hobbies, fetishes or tastes in music.

The one above the bald guy....the one with the black shirt... Wasn't he the one that flexed his arm so bad that it collapsed and went underneath? There's a vid somewhere of that happening.
