Ladies, please help!

Ok, my wife decided she was going to sleep all day today, cool, no problem with me, I ask if she feels sick and she says no, I ask if she needs anything shes say no, I just want tom sleep some more, I'm like, cool, we kiss and I get up and vacuum, sweep, mop, scoop 4 trays of kitty litter, feed the dogs, feed the cats, make breakfast, do what was left of yesterdays laundry (which I did) let the dogs in the yard, clean it up when they're done, then I relax for a bit and figure she can make dinner when she gets up, right? no, the first thing she does when she wakes up (at like 4:30-5!) is yell, "did you make dinner?" to which I reply,"No?" so she yells,"Wht didn't you make dinner!" I reply,"Cause I did everything else and figured you can start on dinner when you come down?" she replies,"You know what!....whatever! never mind!" So I get a bit upset and say,"OH, OK, I'm sorry, I do everything but cook dinner while you sleep all day but you have the right to be pissed at me! cool! do us all a favor, go back to bed!" but thats not it! Ohhh no! here's the thing, now she's upstairs in bed....pissed at me! I'll wait for your replies but I'm going to go ahaed and say,**** if I'll apologize! she can kiss my ****ing ass!

No, no, no! danger ahead. Not sure what is bothering her today but advise you watch very carefully what you say tonight.

You will not win by being anything other than very patient.

Go buy dinner, take it to her in bed, then get the heck out of there for a couple of hours.

Hmm, wasn't it you who said you had nothing in common with your wife when you two met? I can see that to be true based on your post. If you had things in common, perhaps things would have been 50/50 despite her sleeping for so long.
In all seriousness, she could be sick. When people (not just women) get sick, they don't want to do anything. I am an example of my own words. Depression could also be a factor. See what goes on with her and then decide what to do. By the way, if you did all of the household chores, why would you be sorry for not making dinner? You two sound like kids.

Better get her some pizza or sammiches, pronto. Nothing that requires utensils, just in case she's going mental.

Please notice ladies I pretty much got this one right,.... maybe other than exiting the house to save peace if she's depressed.

Do not know ... never have been faced with it - roommate was and he called hospital where a most unhappy woman was taken away and put on meds - meds that she had been off of that she should have been on.

I am not a doctor but this has all the signs, and you know it as well my friend, depression - and it comes in all forms.

Personally if she is resting quietly then fine, but morning - I think the family should be alerted and then go from there. Or if you weren't certain as to a person having a "good" evening, then by all means - need to alert medical facilities.

Am I wrong??

and you of all people to ask me. hmmmm

There are many medical reasons why she wants to lie in bed all day. Bad migraine (my mum used to get these--totally horrible. We had to be quieter than mice and not drop any pins). Chronic fatigue syndrome. Pain from fibromyalgia. Depression. Some sort of bug she caught.

Or, she could just be having a "meh" day, like I sometimes have, where I absolutely *refuse* to do anything if I don't need to because I want a mental break from everything (like...yesterday was a meh day for me. Didn't go to class because it was so meh).

When she isn't mad at you anymore, ask her how she's feeling.

She didn't have any of the food I made, said she wanted Taco Bell!? she took my daughter to work and they had burritos beforeshe dropped her off when she got back I talked to her for a while and she told me she is fine, just having, as my bud Nek put it, a "meh" day! So Nek wins! Thanks to all for the replies but everything seems fine, which is the way I like it!
