cheer me up, people!

So my girlfriend just broke up with me, it's been hectic at work, and the weather is crappy for biking.

I need to do something...my mind can't take all this right now :

Just needed to vent

DO you think calvin from "calvin and hobbes" was really just a bipolar little kid who talked to himself?
or do you think hobbes was real?

I have three daughters. One is currently single. The other two have boyfriends that I'm not entirely pleased with.

Please send your resume.

Get a gaming Console. Or read all of this from the start. And if you haven't read these you should definitely look into them.

This will not help you one bit, but its true: every breakup is a good thing.

Course, it takes a while for it to appear true. In the meantime, take care of yourself.

Old Crow. Real sour mash whiskey and it's cheap. Much better than Jack Daniels.

While sipping your whiskey remember that if you'd stayed with her, in a couple of years you'd have wanted to escape. My wife and I were happy for twenty years, then we got married.

Do not drink cheap booze. You'll wake up feeling worse than you did before you started. Hang in there man. Stuff has a way of reorganizing and working out way, way better. I speak from experience.

(P.S., Note I'm not saying don't drink booze. I'm just saying don't drink cheap booze.)

Yup...ride. I've been riding since BEFORE my last divorce, and I really don't feel an empty hole in my life; been 7 years split up. Kids get a lotta my attention, but there's always the bike, the only thing that hasn't let me down.....

I got a good ride in this morning, and somehow I feel pretty good now. It was a little cold, but refreshing.
