Fashion faux pas or gender confusion?

Ok, I've wasted about the past 30 mins on this website (well, the chuckling wasn't a waste.) Sure there are a number of fashion faux pas and "OMG" what were they thinking. But this one combines cycling and ... well.... I don't know what. While it's not really NSFW, it kinda is (everyone is fully clothed in cycling apparel), so I'm just putting the link. CLICK HERE

All I can say is - What was she thinking?

It's obviously bad enough that she saw those and said "Yup, I think I'll pay $xx to buy those", and bad enough that she'd wear them out of the house. (Yes they could have been a gag gift. lol) But to go in public like that?

What's the rule regarding lycra and being away from the bike? lol

I'd totally rock those shorts, it's bigger than what I have now.
