And now you have baseball caps that are askew like the gang bangers except they've just moved the bill to the side.

I don't understand why you see so many young men wearing the shorts way below the crotch and the giant tshirts... that aren't gang bangers.

Have you ever given one of those gangbangers wanna-bees a monster wedgie? There's enough distance between the crotch of the pants and the actual crotch that you can get some good momentum going before the two meet. It's a power wedgie they won't forget any time soon.

Backwards is a convenient place to store the brim when I've got my eye to my camera.

And the hat stays on better when it's windy.

Or if the sun's behind me it saves my neck from turning red.

In this case, it's a fail picture waiting for the proper caption.

You can't see whether or not a driver has a hat on until he/she is too close to do much about it.

It's called urban camouflage, and keeps the gangsta predators quiet.

My nephew is a 'thug familiar', doesn't gangbang, but hangs with 'em. I have to tell him daily to pull his sh** up, he's not on the street in my living room.

There were actually only two choices there -- 'slave to fashion' and 'simpleton' are peas in the same pod.
