I'm selling my snowboard.

This will be my first time without a snowboard since 1991. This sucks.

Why are you selling it? If it's going to suck not having it, then why sell it?

Oh no!!!one!!1eleven I didn't even think of that!

I'm selling it because it's 10 years old and I can't afford the lift tickets anyway. All my backcountry stuff is on skis so I don't need it for that.

I just need the money, honestly.

You can always rent one if the occasion comes along that you can afford a lift ticket.

Better yet, hit a demo day and try out the new gear for free.

Yeah, that's the current plan. I haven't boarded in almost 2 years, after hitting the tree, so I figured the time is right.

Snowboards are stupid. Besides, what's a 10yo snowboard worth anyway? 5 bucks?

if you need to, do it. You won't miss it if you haven't been boarding, and If you want to start again, you can get another board. It might hurt a bit for a while, but you'll be okay (been there - I know!)

It's too bad it's not a Soul snowboard...the thread title would've been much more interesting.

How much can you sell it for? That sucks that you have to sell it. Its easy to get an attachment to a snowboard after so much time together. I think I'll have to upgrade pretty soon, but it will be sad to part with my board if/when that happens.
