False.

Base 10 is easier than base 12.

There's nothing wrong with the metric system. Proof is the Metric time system Canada has adopted. With the conversion, we only have to work 7.6 hours to every 8 hours worked by our American counterparts.

Uhmmm.... Imperial is not base 12. It's still base 10. But the measurements are not based on 10 of anything.

Incorrect. Measure a third of a centimeter and find it on the ruler. Measure a fifth and find it. Measure a 6th and find it. Base 12 has more common denominators and is thus, easier.

The only people who have ever set foot on another celestial object did so using only the Imperial system. Where has the metric system gotten us?

Since 10m is farther than 10', it actually would be a safer distance, thus proving metric superior to imperial.

2 great things about the metric system - you can lose weight and go faster at the same time. I mean, this is a GOOD thing.

It's easier to find the square root of 10 in hexadecimal.

Metric is a much more logical system than the daft imperial one which is based on some old ruler's individual measurements.

I decree we should ditch the 3 base counting for money and go for a 5 base.

It says right there on the website that metric brings us bad things like pokemon. But pokemon is good. Therefore metric system must also be good.

1/3 of a cm would be a little over 3 cm, and 1/5 of a cm would be 2mm, not 5mm. Math wasn't your strength, was it?
