a moderate celebration

A brief note,:
I got a job in my field (albeit a month-to-month contract position) a little over a month ago.
I just got my first paycheck since January 15th, 2009...

I feel like the richest man in the world.

In case you needed a reason to rejoice tonight - feel free to rejoice with me?

UA, have you considered starting a lawn service, pool service, pet walking, sitting, clean up service? All could be done with minimal investment, and you would be self employed. In the lawn care business, you can do snow removal, christmas decoration installs, etc, in the cold season.

If he did that, Mom and Pop would expect him to contribute.

Man, doncha know nothin' about spongin'?

jsharr 10-02-09 07:46 AM

I fail at sponging. I still live in the house I grew up in, but I actually took out a mortgage and bought it. doh!

As we can tell by UA's avatar, he has a big career ahead as a 'companion'. Note the expression on his 'client's' face as UA searches for 'home base'.
