So, who do your teams play this weekend?

Arkansas State @ Iowa.

We are doomed. They're going to kill us.

I am very surprised with the epic collapses Cal has had under Tedford that he isn't gone already.

Yes, Bezerkely is a tough school, but... given that its in the Pac 10 and the Bay area, you'd think that it would be a strong program year after year.

Are there forum rules about wagering?

If so, I am currently covering all bets against Iowa.

If not, then meet me in the parking lot behind Yahoo after school

He played for Arkansas, so yes, he probably is. The aggies cannot count, so they just offer up shiny beads and stuff and people just kind of smile at them.

As long as some half-blitzed hotties show up for the game, who cares...

A&M was all male until the 60's. We have no cheerleaders, etc. Our band is military, AWESOME AS HELL, but still military. Our yell leaders are all male, dress as the good humor man and squeeze their genitalia to help the team win. I kid you not on any of this. Not sure you want any of our half blitzed hotties, as they are apt to be half blitzed hot links.

I love sports threads. They generally get very funny and smart ass quickly.

Read the comments on this thread about Whose Suffering Brings Us More Joy? from last weekend's Iowa@PSU game. Its frickin' hilarious.

My wife spent 2 years at A&M and then had the sense to transfer elsewhere! When we lived in Houston, she brought me to a game with some friends of ours, we went to the Dixie Chicken and everything.

If I never go back to College Station ever again in my life, I will die a happy man!

I loved my time in College Station, I think. I wish I could remember more of it.

The guy(s) that run Black Heart Gold Pants are really nasty funny... I *love* the opening paragraph for that link...

We've said it multiple times: sad fans will never get old. Helpless in their seats and (often) ridiculously adorned, their expressions of horror and dismay bring light into our lives--mainly because we are awful people to begin with.

My alma mater doesn't field a football team.

Fortunately, I own several NFL franchises, so "my teams" are playing against the Saints, Rams and Cowboys this week. My 4th team has a bye.
