Are my legs skinny?

At least I finally have race pictures that accurately depict The True Joy Of Running.

If I'd gotten an Iowa jersey that was a small it would have been too tight. So, its a medium, and I'm only 5'5" 155.

It was frickin' cold (for here) that morning. The marathon and half-marathon went first (it was a 5K for me), it took a few thousand runners about 15 minutes to clear enough of the course so we could go. About 45 degrees, but no wind. I was also wearing a ls tech shirt I got at the gap (M) under it. It was just about perfect, I didn't get hot during the race or chilled after I finished.

Not at all skinny but that damn jersey is totally tapped out. Which race did you run 26.2, 13.1 or 5k?

5K. I did a marathon in 2007, got injured about halfway through 2008. Cycling's been OK, but I haven't been able to run up until about a month ago, so this was first footrace I've done since August 2008.

Yeah, you are. That's a BMI of 18. >18.5 is underweight.

And I thought I had a hard time finding clothes that fit at 6'1" and 160-ish.

So for you, shorts are bikinis, knickers are shorts, and pants are knickers?

@ the OP - Your legs do not look skinny. I have many marathon photos where I wished my legs looked skinnier.

I like your sig.

Awwww. Thanks.

It was great to run, even though my time sucked, after a year off with injury. I'm thinking perhaps doing the Shamrock'n' Half Marathon in March if I progress nicely (or the Davis Stampede Half in February - not as crazy and crowded).

I finally had to say to her "Ok, Ok" (yes, my daughter knows how to beg and plead and sound super cute doing so). She'll completely forget the entire movie topic in about a week.
