That's pretty amusing. I have all of my limbs, but if he can find a double amputee who is a huge StarWars fan, this might turn out well.

The cool and entirely inoffensive way to do this would be to dress as the top of 3PO and the backwards legs of Chewbacca, and have a prosthetic chewbacca torso/arms/head. You know, like those old-lady-carrying-the-baby costumes that you see...
