How healthy did you eat today?

I was just filling in my food diary for my new health drive for winter and I wondered if it was possible for anyone in the world to have eaten more healthily than what i ate today.

    Read and weep. Beat that!

Lessee: dougnut, couple cookies, hot dogs with tater tots and a coke... and it's not even dinner. Very unhealthy enchiladas planned for that.

I think you've got me beat.

    I've only had breakfast today.

Toasted Muesli with full cream milk and mixed berry yoghurt. Mug of Earl Grey tea with milk.

For breakfast I had rye toast with olive oil, rice milk and a breakfast pastry. But a good pastry which I made with rye flour and a bunch of nuts and dried fruit.

For lunch, I had peanut butter celery with garlic slices placed in the peanut butter, grape juice mixed with aloe vera juice and oregano oil, and a salad made with herb mix, carrots, cucumber, and red pepper.

Now I'm making dinner, which is going to be slow cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, baked potatoes, and maybe some more grape juice.

I had a bowl of cereal

... and some skittles that Justin shared with me.

So, not very healthy at all.

I find the thought of putting garlic in a fruit milkshake to be frightening.

Breakfast: pancakes with sliced banana and real maple syrup with earl gray tea.

I had a homemade granola bar during my ride (oats, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, almonds, honey, dried cranberries).

I'm currently eating chunky pb with natural strawberry preserves on whole wheat bread.

Guess what? It was frightening. It tasted spicy and nasty. In total I had 7 cloves of raw garlic today and i can still taste it after i brushed my teeth. Fancy a kiss?

Your menu seems like a much more sensible approach. All the right stuff without trying too hard.

Breakfast - Cereal with a 1/4 cup of raspberries. 1 banana. Glass of OJ.
lunch - 2 sandwiches made with french loaf, butter, and lean turkey breast. Glass of milk.
    snack - plum
Supper - we're going to order a pizza (italian sausage, tomato, mushroom and double-cheese). Likely going to wash it down with a merlot.

    Let's see.

    Breakfast:

Three jumbo scrambled eggs with cheese, seven slices of bacon, rice, olive oil and water

    Afternoon snack:

Four fun size snickers bars and about 20 peanut m&ms.

    Dinner (upcoming):

Potato wedges, seasoned, lean pork chops, green beans, water.

Coasting may have me beat on "healthiness", but I'd put my cholesterol numbers up against his any day. The advantages of being a genetic freak...

Lesee... this morning coffee, bowl of cereal 4 slices of cinnamon toast with a second cup of coffee...

Then leftover enchiladas and beer. The beer made me want a whiskey which I had to have cashews with, more whisky .... now I'm on my 3d (I think) gin and tonic)

    Thinking about ordering pizza...
