Americanos: Could you pass the US citizenship test?

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/13442226/

I got only 60% but I've lived my entire life in Canada, I know very little about US history etc. Still...

85%. Missed the question about when the Constitution was written, what form to apply for naturalization, which amendment didn't guarantee voting rights, and which three rights were guaranteed by the Bill of Rights (over thought that one!).

Maybe I should move to Canadia?

You answered 45% of questions correctly. Here's your rating:

45-60%: Not too bad, but you really need to break out the civics books again -- word is, the INS is looking for an 80 percent score

Bagged 100%. I guessed on the form, and for a few of the questions, the options were very easy. Had the test had questions like "name the 13 colonies", or "name all Supreme Court justices" as opposed to multiple choice, it would have been a lot harder.

thats what most people say, then they come to the U.S for some reason or another and decide they want to call it home. Oh yeah, they are the same people that cry up a storm when INS catches up with them and wants to deport them.

100%, but I had to guess at the INS form, although 'application' was a nice clue. Also wasn't sure about the 7th amendment.

As usual, it's better to be lucky than good.

I just want to know how many guessed 'New Zealand' as one of the original 13 States.

I'm not sure if everyone knows that I'm a dual citizen. I'm Canadian *and* American. That's why I'm so embarassed about my lousy score on that test. I need to get out my Idiot's Guide to US History again. lol
