Strangest thing you saw on Thanksgiving

Lady riding an xcycle or Kona Ute w/ no headlight, w/ her child on the longboard at about 11PM. Mom was holding a cheap blue lightsaber that was lit that she probably picked up at Light Up Night. Interesting lighting, that's for sure.

I went to Wal-Mart in the morning and saw many strange things and odd creatures.

The aisles were packed with pallets of stuff all marked with signs claiming no sale until today's date. I decided today was not a good day for me at the WM.

I do want me some light saber now.

I have an expensive light saber I bought for myself a few birthdays ago, it's a sorta glass tube jobbie, with sound effects etc.

It was probably me hitting a raised concrete slab on a bike path, leaping a foot into air, and landing with my hands in the drops (they were on my hoods). Yes I meant to do that.

For traditional southern purposes, I saw a good bit of Wild Turkey. That in itself leads to some strange things. None of which can be discussed in a public forum.

It was cute because as they were running the wings were trying to flap. All the cars were stopped. The last one was hopping/flapping. Poor things.

As we were leaving my uncle's after dinner, I saw a woman jump directly in front of my car with her hands out in front of her imploring us to stop. We rolled down our windows to find out what was wrong, and she screamed at us "SLOW DOWN!" then walked away. I was driving 8 mph at the time. I kid you not. 8 mph and she yelled at us like we homicidal maniacs.

My uncle had mentioned before that his neighbor was picky about speed on their shared driveway, which is why I was only driving 8 mph, but I had no idea.

I'm glad she didn't have one of those lightsabers so she couldn't strike me down with all her hatred (/palpatine)
