On a fly rod? That last one was impressive. This one may be more so.

Around here, a bass over 5 lb is very likely to be female and one that lays a disproportionate amount of eggs as compared to her smaller peers. So in most cases, it should be put back.

My biggest largemouth was about 5lb, 21 inches.

ugh... a cold or some serious allergies. Haven't made up my mind which one. My ankle is still messed up. I need to be better. I need to ride my bike.

Wonderful weekend, though. Went to Holland for the Tulip Festival and a romantic weekend honeymoon. It was good to get out of the city for a while. Our hotel was amazing. I've never spent that much on a room for a night but it was totally worth it.

The plan right now is to heal up, work on my resume, and when I'm feeling good, volunteer at the Velodrome and hunt down a job. But heal, gotta heal...

Morning. Nah, it's definitely a sprain. It's black and blue from just above my ankle to the bottom of my foot. I think I was too hard on it the wedding weekend. No crutches or braces to help me so I doubt it was able to do much healing. I'm worried if I do have it checked out, insurance won't cover it. I'm on Joy's insurance as of May 1, but the injury happened before that.

hmmm.....crippled or in debt? Which one's more important (ie....which one could be with you the rest of your life if its real serious?). That sounds worse then a sprain if its black and blue on that much of your leg. I'd at least go to the free clinic (they do have those up there, don't they?).

Thank you for trying to encourage him to see a dr. I've been trying. Am trying again now.

I'm trying to get some cleat shims, since I think it's my foot rotation that keeps bugging my left knee.

Spent the day at the scout show with Wade on Saturday. One of the topics was fishing. He wants to catch a largemouth bass to see how they fight. I need to make this happen, soon.

Buy a frozen one and hire a diver to put it on the hook and pull on the line.

Be sure to thaw the fish first.

What if I just tie the line to the back of the boat and take off real fast while he is fishing from the shore?

I should attach a motor to my bike... 45mins with 4 trips is tiring.
