Starting to get annoyed that it is almost time to head back to CO. On the other hand I miss my kid like crazy.
Three weeks is a long time to be apart from my boy.

My response would have been something along the lines of: "Does your bike have computer controlled suspension? Then shut your piehole, this baby is from the future!"

You see, their morals, their code...it's a bad joke, dropped at the first sign of trouble. They're only as good as the world allows them to be. I'll show you. When the chips are down, these...These "civilized" people...they'll eat each other. See, I'm not a monster. I'm just ahead of the curve

We are the same height and with a saddle height adjustment I was good to go. She rode my bikes in Colorado and I hers in Vancouver.

This is a huge plus. I love that my husband & I can switch bikes. Doubles the fun without doubling the budget!

either that, or it's a new form of mate swapping swinger party.
Food for thought: if you aren't dead by 2050, you and your entire family will be within a few years from starvation. Now that is a cruel gift to leave for your offspring. ;)

The lady and I are also pretty close in height so we too can swap bikes... good except that she likes a really upright bike with a lot of set back and I like to get down and more forward on the bike to save my back.

    Besides that...

You'll need to get in training then. It should be possible if you can find a flat to slightly downhill 100 miles. It will take all day. or maybe two. monkeys on tour.

Cool - where did you guys go?

I got home from work at midnight. I'm exhausted but had to play my guitar for a while to relax. Now, to bed.

    I hate jogging.
But I don't despise speed walking.

something about jogging that throws my breathing rhythm off, which speed walking doesn't.

We met at the clock tower near the Tsim Sha Tsui Ferry Terminal, rode up Nathan Road for a while, then a bunch of left turns in the deep wilds of west Kowloon (didn't know the areas well enough to follow it), linked back up with Nathan Road and back to the ferry. Slow pace, lots of police escort.
