It tastes as good as it sounds, but it leaves the lawn patchy and uneven.

    Are you following the directions?

    Serve at 35-45 degrees F?
    Consume after mowing the lawn?

I'm off alcohol in any form for a while. I do have the better part of a case of Yuengling lager for when I decide to resume.

Wow, I did not realize that I had to follow directions to drink beer. Life is getting too damned complicated.

Oh wow, not many people know about Dick's. Their beers are very good for the small size of their operation. A lot of the smaller breweries I've tried tend to end up with very simple flavored, almost watery beers. Unfortunately, Dick passed away about 2-3 months ago, but last I heard his employees are keeping the place running. The brewery is matched to a meat shop and deli. They make one of the best Reuben sandwiches I've ever had. Combine that with a Dick's Danger Ale or Lava Rock Porter, and you've got a great lunch. It's a very low key place, but worth stopping by sometime when you're passing through on your way to Seattle.

Right now I think I'm down to three bottles of Deschutes Jubelale. I heard McTarnahan's just ended production of their Hum Bug'r for the season already, so I might have to rush out and get a pack of that to keep the memory fresh until next winter.

Yum this thread is bad for someone who doesn't have any beer in their fridge. That would be me. These are giving me some good suggestions, though! I could go for a Fat Tire...

Darn ya'll Colorado people talking about Breckenridge Brewery beers. Loved the Avalanche Ale I had when I was up there, and the export stuff just isn't quite the same.
