Its the new phrase like "like (fill in the blank)".
But - equally annoying.
Eddie Griffin stole it from a 30s-40s radio show The Goldbergs. It became popular after his 2007 "Freedom of Speech" tour.
It's been popular in my vocabulary for about 40 years.
