Will soon be able to watch favorite cycling movies on a better TV.

I just ordered my new TV as part of a promotion deal. A new 42" HD flat panel LCD with internet connectivity. As part of the promotion I get a free Blu Ray player and and audio set up for completing some simple survey's. All for less then $1,000. Does anyone know of any cycing movies that come in Blu Ray?

Right now I am watching a 32" CRT. The over all size of the entertainment center it is in is about 45" and is in a corner with a window on one wall and the wall that makes up the border of the arch entrance to my dining room for the other wall. 42" is as large as I can go for the space I have. There is a 47" available but that is too big and the 55" is way too big for the living room. It would be too over whelming. Also I am not so materialistic that I need something that large. 42" is what I need, which is what I am sticking with. From a 32" to a 42" is quite a jump and I have no doubt it will be more then adequate for the space.

My wife and I are also the kind of people who do not need more than on TV. We do not have a TV in our bed room, don't believe in having one in there. The bedroom is for 2 purposes and 2 purposes only. Watching TV is NOT one of those.

The CRT is going to go into storage until we might need it again. Nothing wrong with it so no reason to get rid of it.

I should have been more specific. What I meant by cycling Blu Ray movies is American Flyers, Quicksilver, Breaking Away, etc.

That's not unusually low priced. Shop 42" plasma But it'll be a nice setup.

Bose sucks, it's an expensive scam being perpetrated on the american public. A real joke in audiophile circles.

Considering the MSRP is $1199.99 for the TV alone, $349.99 for the sound bar and wireless sub woofer and $189.99 for the Blu Ray player and shipping is $170 for a total of $1,909.97, less then $1,000 delivered is a hell of a deal. Plasma's are so yesterday. Most manufacturers have gotten completely out of the plasma market. the technology has gone as far as it can with plasma. The focus is now on LCD.

None of those were filmed in HD so there's minimal benefit to buying them on Blu Ray.
