For my fellow bean lovers....I thought you may enjoy this.

Artists paints portraits with layers of espresso. Many famous paintings recreated in espresso art.

that's some serious artwork too...the details are extraordinary. Nice find.

But I hope they used lesser quality beans and not the good stuff.

That's kind of what I meant....great art, regardless of the medium, but then count the medium in and it gets even cooler!

+1 wasn't implying that you weren't. I was just impressed by the artwork.

When added to cart from website, it came up as only $100. Where did you see $240?

I went back to look, and I had selected three instead of one, so the price was actually $80 each.

It must give you a discount for multiples then. When I put just 1 in the cart it was $100.

Creation of Coffee, Mona Latte, Lady of Chocolat, Starry Night, Venice......are some of my faves.

If I do ever comission her to do an original, I think I'll have her do Dogs Playing Poker.

The Hotel California album cover art would probably come out pretty nice.

Wife and I talked for a minute about it (not even serious talk yet), but if we had her do one, we may try to see if she can do Dogs Playing Poker, but substitute greyhounds (like ours) in for the dogs.
