made a bunch of shrimp rolls yesterday and saved a few overnight, so for today i made Bún chả giò:
fresh chopped greenleaf lettuce from today's market
squeezed slice of lime
sprigs of cilantro
Nước mắm pha (fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, thai chiles [hot!], hot water)
sliced shrimp rolls (shrimp, fresh minced cayenne peppers [super hot!], sprouts, chopped greens, minced water chestnuts, spices, etc.)
and a nice 90-minute Dogfish IPA (i did have a Fisher Amber on hand, but i like the raisin taste w/hot food)
Nice. Costco chicken for me.
