Wonder to get a bike lift, just get down to the Racor PBH-1R Ceiling-Mounted Bike Lift. Looks like a decent price but is it useful?

Good deal indeed. It would be nearly imposible to buy just the cord and pulleys for that price.
Make sure the anchoring screws hit a joist/rafter when you install it. Drywall anchors would not suffice.
