    LOVE CHEESE! Never liked it as a kid - ugh smelly stuff - so cheese to me at that time was Kraft presliced cheese. (btw - my Grandparents were from Germany and my Grandmother made my Grandfather Limberger sammiches all the time for work and, unfortunately as kids - we got the full ~~whiff~~ of that stuff which confirmed - NO CHEESE!!

    But as I am older, I love cheese - love cheese shops (however some of them can get overpowering ...).

    But now spectacular cheese in my fridge at the moment - just some colby-jack stuff that I will be using tomorrow to top a salad that I will be making later for work.

    I like Swiss a lot, and we had some Gruyere the other week that was awesome. I also dig smoked cheese, either Havarti or Cheddar. And I'm a little frustrated, my wife hit the Portuguese store in SJ for some cheese and it was great, but the label only read "Portuguese Style Cheese". So I have no idea what it was actually called.

    I am lactose intolerant

    Not many cheeses I can eat without discomfort. I can eat aged cheddar which is my favorite so yum. I like a domestic brand - Tillamook Aged Cheddar.
