Help me choose my AX cosplay!

So, Anime Expo is coming up and my friends and I are planning to go in cosplay from the anime Code Geass. Question! Which character should I go as?

~~~~~~
A) Rakshata Chawla Version 1
Pros: super easy costume. I have the pants and shoes already, plus I have a lab coat I can modify to look like hers (will take it in, change pockets, and add the rear slit). All I need to buy are the maroon shirt, long blonde wig, blue contacts, and tobacco pipe. It shouldn't cost more than $100, probably not even more than $70. Rakshata is an awesome scientist lady, and I like awesome scientist ladies. Plus I can smack people around with the pipe.
Cons:
That specific type of pipe she uses may be hard to find and/or expensive. If anyone knows where I can get one for cheap, chime in! I could just make it, though it probably won't look as awesome. Also, I'm not Indian, and am not sure how well I can play around with makeup to make myself look Indian. :-/
B) Rakshata Chawla Version 2
Pros: same as Rakshata 1. Probably cheaper too, since I have a similar top already.
Cons: same as Rakshata 1, plus the lab coat will be harder to modify since there will be black trim and lining. I will probably end up using double sided tape for these mods because I suck horribly at sewing more complicated things.
C) Villetta Nu Version 1
Pros: the oomph factor for Villetta is way up there. WAY up. Long boots... She is a villainess, and we all know that the bad girls are cool. I already have gold contacts from my Halloween costume last year, so that's one less thing I need for her costume.
Cons: cosplay difficulty and expense are also WAY up there. I'm gonna have to buy the costume and wig because it is unimaginable for me to actually make them, and those two items alone will cost over $100. Plus I'm probably gonna end up wearing black thigh-high socks and short boots instead of the awesome long boots, because long boots are expensive as heck.
D) Villetta Nu Version 2
Pros: same as Villetta 1 with the addition that this is an easier, cheaper costume, since it is less complicated. I already have the thigh-high socks and can borrow similar white boots from someone. It's also more comfortable in the summer heat of LA since there are less layers.
Cons: same as Villetta 1. I'll have to buy this costume since I am not skilled enough to make that jacket (the dress, maybe). This version also has slightly less of the oomph factor.
~~~~~

So, with that, foosters, vote on my AX costume!

Go as ChipChop. AllenG can help you with wardrobe tips and SixtyFiver can sew the costume.

I voted, but I really have no idea what's going on here. I mean, I have a hard enough time dressing as a sysadmin every day.

Totally OT, but working from home was all fun and games until I got rid of my home office and we had a baby and the inlaws out west to "help". This office and that bicycle are the only quiet I get anymore.

Villetta Nu Version 2, no doubt, you can def pull it off.

Would you consider adding this one to the choices?

how come you guys get the really good guests?

I vote for 2, because it's more complicated than just throwing on a lab coat.

Nah, someone is already going as CC. We also have people doing Lelouch, Suzaku, Nina, Guilford, Todou, and Ohgi.

I like the first one. A quick Google showed this web site as a source for that particular style of pipe: http://www.lsando.com/pipes/e/kiseru.htm

I'm wondering just how many others will dress up for the same, most popular series.

Tell me how many Macross F, Lelouch, Gurren Lagann, Railgun, Haruhi, Naruto and Bleach you see.

But I what I really want to know is how many Lyrical Nanoha, Sunred and Zetsubou you see.

Dunno if he's wearing the Zero suit. Probably not, since he will die in the LA heat.

Yes, I'm a girl!

There will probably be some Nanoha and Sunred costumes floating about. I'm pretty sure there will be at least one Zetsubou-sensei, but as for his students, dunno.

The characters aren't easily recognizable in cosplay since they're mostly just wearing sailor-fuku.
