New domain suggestions?

So my website is up for renewal.

In addition to ariessun.com I'd like to get something a little more memorable, but my name (Edward Arriola) is too hard for most people to spell on a whim (edwardarriola.com ≠ win).

Does anyone have any suggestions?

eddiola.com or eddieola.com

Fast, easy and rolls off the tongue really fun like.

www.rapierstip.com seems to be available.

Easy to remember and sort of fits with your singingsabre swordman theme. It also symbolizes precision and targeting. This could be a useful image in therapeutic massage, and Photography.

I'm kind of digging eddieola...haha!

Rapierstip is a little too close to being misspelled and...erm...yeah... I love the idea though.

I'm also considering www.edwardnotcullen.com...but that wouldn't be a good one for very long.

Just don't do what these people did:

Bad Domain Names

All of these are companies that didn't spend quite enough time considering how their online names might appear - and be misread...

1. Who Represents is where you can find the name of the agent that represents any celebrity. Their Web site is
www.*****presents.com/

2. Experts Exchange is a knowledge base where programmers can exchange Advice and views at
www.expertsexchange.com/

3. Looking for a pen? Look no further than Pen Island at
www.penisland.net/

4. Need a therapist? Try Therapist Finder at
www.therapistfinder.com/

5. There's the Italian Power Generator company,
www.powergenitalia.com/

6. And don't forget the Mole Station Native Nursery in New South Wales,
www.molestationnursery.com/

7. If you're looking for IP computer software, there?s always
www.ipanywhere.com/

8. The First Cumming Methodist Church Web site is
www.cummingfirst.com/

9. And the designers at Speed of Art await you at their wacky Web site,
www.speedofart.com/

While we're on the topic of domain names, does anybody have any favorite registrars? Mine is up for renewal, too, and Yahoo is raising the rate on mine from $5/year to $35/year.

Right now I see 1and1 is $9/year and godaddy is $10/year.

--

I've visited Experts Exchange for years and never caught on to that misreading of their URL.

Then again, I also didn't foresee how badly my email address (NameWasHere@server.com) could be misread until I was sitting in an interview and realized my interviewer's score card was labeled "Name Washere." He totally missed my actual name at the top of my resume and thought instead it was Washere.

I like it..sort of. It's sing-songy good and easy to remember, but not so easy for some to spell. Alchemy fits you as a fire-breathing photographer, I just don't know if it works toward more sales. You could do a lot worse.

Thanks, Spreggy.

I think something along "From lead to gold" would work. Doesn't help that I've been reading and re-reading The Alchemist for a few months...it's a book that inspires me like crazy.
