Is your shaft curved or straight?

In the market for a new weedeater I don't feel like dragging around the power cord anymore.

Old was curved, new is straight. I think I prefer curved, but had the old one for ten years. The new one for a month.

But is true that the battery powered "innies" usually don't have a shaft... women love them tho.

I just use a knife. A scary sharp blade and a quick hand takes care of anything unwanted.

If you got away with an electric before, just about anything will work.

If you're cutting more than blades of grass, get a geared with a straight shaft and a sawblade. Husqvarna makes a great wacker.
