I'm shooting for 215 lb. I weighed 290 lbs a few months ago. I'm about 255 right now.
For any of the guys here, this is what I do. It works for me. I eat whatever I want but I only eat two meals per day. One at lunch and one at dinner. Today, for dinner, I had some fish tenders and buffalo boneless chicken strips.
Here are my rules
1) only drink sodas once per week...preferably at a fast food restaurant but I allow myself to also get a 20oz drink at the grocery one time per week also ...otherwise, I only drink water and orange juice
2) 2 meals per day...can eat whatever I want but don't over do it...if you are still hungry after the meal, I allow myself to eat as many bananas or other fruits as I want
3) exercise 2 or 3 times per week but I've injured myself 2 weeks ago so I went about 10 days without much exercise.... I do exercise bike and shadow boxing. Sometimes I'll only do shadow boxing for 15 minutes and 2 or 3 sets of sit-ups...I do shadow boxing because I hurt my leg so I needed a substitute.
4) eat out at any restaurant you want one time per week. This week I went to KFC and had the double down sandwich and a coke.
Ok, there it is. That's basically it. It's not real torture. I have some muscle mass from lifting weights so I might be able to lose weight a little easier than some other people.
