That's not enough corn to go with all that chicken...
Looks really good, though. Damn, now I want BBQ chicken for dinner.

It's a Caribbean/Cuban style with a mixture of Chipotle Chili pepper, sea salt, Cumin, coriander, and a bit of Paprika in the rub and BBQ sauce that I made, a Honey BBQ sauce, Memphis styled.

I replaced the burner in the old Arkla Gasgrill this weekend. Tonight was grilled chicken, spinach and feta sausage.

Why do you want someone to take pictures off Flickr for you in person.

If those pics of food that Rich displays were all his, he should be a billionaire with all of the different articles of flatware and tablecloths that he bought.

We'll do a pig roast. I posted a while back some ideas I had and tried to get Pcad to have it at his house. We could have dug the fire-pits in the front yard. I was going to call it the "Rich and Pcad's Bike Forums Annual Pig Roast and Hippie Festival" Somehow he didn't think it was a good idea and threatened to call the police if anyone showed up. meh

I also thought about having it in Florida during the winter months. Around Weston there is a big park and maybe it (being Florida in the winter) would attract a bunch of people. 'Vegas is another idea
