23 Years....

Retiring today from the Navy after 23 years. Don't know what's next yet, but I'm looking forward to the next stage... whatever it is!

And when I do get my next job, I think there's a new bike in it for me, too!

Thanks for 23 years of serving our country brother. If we ever meet, the first 23 beers are on me.

bout time you quit loafing on my dime and came back to the world!

Do what I did when I got out...take some time to chase your dreams, even if you don't catch them, at least you have the opportunity to go after them, something that a lot of people never get.

Thanks for the 23 years of your life you put on the line to defend our country, and the sacrifices that come with military life. I was told NO by the airforce recruiters, because I was born with a heart murmer (and still have 20/10 vision at almost 28 years of age). You deserve a new bike just for the service you have given your country!

Also, congrats on retirement!

I will match jsharr's 23 beers if we were ever to meet.

Congrats on retiring. Thanks for your service. I retired 23 yrs ago from the Army(Viet Vet). Started a civilian job while on terminal leave. Retired from that and started full Social Security. I am very thankful. Lots of time to run and ride. Nick. OOOOOHAA!

Thanks everyone... Sounds like I'll need a bike after all those beers!

And I think there is a new bike in my future once I get my next job! Already looking at 'em (bikes AND jobs!)

Actually, it's Commander.

No, the only flying I'll be doing is "bug smashers" for fun... when I can afford the famous hundred dollar hamburger.

Skiahh, thanks dude. I suggest putting together an "I love me" room with all the cool stuff you've collected over the years and only 5% truth is required for all future stories.

Have a happy retirement, Skiahh. Gives you some time do to traveling on your own, other than what you are required to do. Are you planning on staying in Colorado? Anything exciting that you are planning to do besides getting a Moots?

Thanks for serving all of those years, and thanks to your wife for her sacrifices.
