Gluttony is good

Today I did a really good hard ride and not only did I not feel like crap afterwards but I didn't even pass out and sleep afterwards.

To celebrate, I went to a vegetarian all you can eat buffet, stuffed myself silly then on the way home I bought a watermelon and ate 1/4 of it at home. 5 hours later I got hungry and went to an all you can eat sushi buffet.

At both buffets I went alone, so I could concentrate on the gorging and not get distracted by chatter.

Beat that if you can!

After hard rides I let my body gorge on it's self. Face it, you're weak.

A vegetarian buffet?

I guess we're spoiled in Vegas, the M Buffet has wall to wall food. These photos don't even cover the dessert area, which is about the size of a small buffet on its own.
