Milk and vanilla.
Was going to warm up some milk in a mug and added some pure vanilla extract to it. Before I can get it into the microwave, it starts to have this slow ...what looks like 'simmering' action going on. It's not like the vanilla is sinking to the bottom. It sank and then it started to come back up, blending together without me stirring it.
What's the chemical reaction that is causing this?
