It's black and looks totally comfy.

I bought some yucky food today and am rather stuck with what should have been a one person meal, turned into a 3 person meal and so I shall pick thru it to find what I want.

Your purchase far outweighs my unfortunate decision. Enjoy!

All my stiff is old so I decided I needed to upgrade lots of different areas. I've been searching and researching for awhile. I finally located everything that I needed, some online, some from my LBS.

I bought:
shoes, gloves, helmet
spokes, nipples, rims, tubes, tires, chain, bartape, tools
total so far: $900

OooOOoooOOOoo we LOVE bicycle presents in the mail! I actually have to have a small "meltdown" with the commuter bike and take him into the shop - he has issues. And in the meantime I'm crossing my fingers for this one Oregon company tol be able to ship a pair of wind/rainproof pants to me. I ordered them long ago, and they are backordered on my size and so it's been 6 weeks.

Rather sucks because I wanted to order the jacket and was going to order that as well

Meh -

Doesn't look like something I'd wear, but it does look kind of fancy.

As for me: I bought
1 gallon of milk
1 loaf of bread
1 package of bagels
5 single-serving yogurts
1 head of lettuce
5 bananas
1 Marie Calendar pot pie
1 can of Progresso soup

Wadja think?

voler bib shorts arrived yesterday. steapandcheap.com owned me this week, I kept adding stuff to my order. 3 merino S/S base layers, 1 merino base tights, swiss army knife, first aid kit for the car, 4 pairs of merino socks. I still need to get the Schrodingers cat t-shirt from shirt.woot.com.

I bought a bag of grapes to munch on while on my ride, but I got caught up in housework and am currently taking a break, typing on the keyboard, eating grapes.

I bought a 20oz bottle of Mtn Dew Code Red for $1, and an ebook for my nook for $0.99. That will be the extent of my purchases today.

10g 5/8" anodized (gold) niobium captive bead ring for my septum piercing. And I got a hematite bar instead of a round bead.

and I bought some subway for lunch.

I collect pewter (sometimes find them in silver) fairies - but I prefer the ones with acrylic (and really still quite fragile) wings - that have real butterfly wings in them. Have several and I love them, mostly I have to buy them on line - but I do have a couple eclectric stores within (darn it) 2 blocks from that have one or two - I think they stock them just for me, hmmmm

Anyway - while I'd love to have this piece - it is only an example of what I'm buying tonite - buying a blue single fairy. And man alive, can this purchase be soooooo far from bicycling? hehe

I bought a large coffee from Tim Hortons about 7:45am. A hamburger and onion rings from the canteen at work at noon. A Snickers bar from a machine at 4:00pm. Four White Castles and a small order of fried clams at 5:30pm. That's all I bought today.

Wow! Nice! Reminds me of the old car hood ornamates!

I bought these vintage Gold "Cherry" (tee hee!) center pull brakes, don't know what I'm going to do with them but yeah.

I bought nothing today, but my DA rear hubs arrived.

made some 880g wheels.
combine that with a 700g and 660g-ish wheel and I'll have a pair of sub 1600g wheelsets.

My fishtank filter came in the mail today, and I snagged some iced tea from the commissary.

Oh, and I got some gas for my truck.
