new apartment has parking for TWO!

it just dawned on me that if I get this apartment I looked at I'll have two parking spaces! I can finally get a motorcycle! actually, if the current spouse continues to let me park something at the condo, I can get two motorcycles! woohoo!

why wouldn't you just park your motorcycle behind your car across the space? Motorcycles don't need a whole spot.

whether it's itemized or not, you are going to pay for the extra space. ask what the rent is with ONE parking space.

Or do what I do and live in a place where parking spaces aren't allotted and there's no enforcement during 95% of the year.
