AX 2010!!! There be pics here!

Yesterday I went to Anime Expo, and it was soooo much fun!

I know I had a poll a couple of months back and you guys voted I should cosplay Villetta Nu, but alas, money was tight, and Viletta Nu wigs were bloody expensive (and I suck at making my own wigs), so I went as Rakshata Chawla instead. Sorry guys. It was, apparently, a very good cosplay, as random people kept stopping me to compliment the costume and ask for pics. Not bad for one of the easiest cosplays ever!

(Sidenote: bras are a wonderful example of modern engineering!)

Here's me with Lelouch and Suzaku. Gods, they were amazing and cute and fun and... and... just...wheeeee it's so fluffy I could dieeeeeeeee! The guy who played Suzaku was especially charming.

Here's me with Cornelia li Brittania. Her costume was so stunning and she was adorable in it.

I have more pics of other people in cosplay here, but they're all taken with my craptastic camera. When the good photographs of our group come out, I'll post them here too, but that may not be for another week or so.

It was epic, it was fun, and I absolutely cannot wait for next year's AX!!!

You looked amazing! Now I want to go to the Toronto Comic Con to admire the cosplay. The people put so much work and creativity into the costumes. It never fails to impress me. And I'm still looking for a Lenore lunch box.

You gotta go! If only to see all the cool cosplays! Seriously, about half the crowd (maybe a bit more) was in cosplay of some sort or the other.

What?!? You went?!? Awww... I was there the first day. I had a 4 day pass but couldn't make it for the rest of the days.

I'm still debating if i should do the Magical Love Gentleman next year or not...

Noooo, how sad! What a waste of the other 3 days

Yes, definitely go in cosplay! It is so much fun.

Stunning as always Neko. I imagine that was like the gamecons my brother, brother-in-law and myself always go to. The costumes are always fantastic.

Oh yes, but that was Friday so I missed it. Sophia was there too, and I did watch a bit of that concert.
