Is Zebby a centerfold pinup model for dogs?

Put it this way, if your fantasy is having legions of pretty woman running towards you on the street, purring breathlessly, "..ohhh sooo cute!! ", get yourself a Shih-Tzu puppy. Of course, once the ladies arrive and pay attention only to the dog, you're sorta back where you started. Still, my wife calls him my Babe Magnet.

Zebby is actually an SPCA therapy dog that my wife takes to homes for the elderly and handicapped kids - so he's kind of an ambassador for Shih-Tzu love.

He will crack the scowl off 4 out of 5 curmudgeons' faces when approaching them on any street in SF - seriously - it's truly surreal. I regularly feel as though I'm the assistant to a famous cartoon character. But he's also a very obedient (though sometimes incredibly stubborn), good boy.

Thanks, all, for the compliments.

One more, of him with two little buddies from one of the monthly gatherings of the SF Shih-Tzu Meetup group at Alta Plaza Park:

Zebby appears quite smitten - and is regretting a certain procedure performed early in puppyhood.

He felt a slightly more stylish picture of his younger self might be more appropriate for Mollie.
