Why I love Orange.

Great colour.

Vitamin C.

Monthly train pass in Paris (a great thing to have).

Apple is overrated.

Discuss.

I like it, too.

That said, it's a politically sensitive colour in some parts. But lots of colours are, so you can't really win.

Thanks - I rather like it, too.

Statue was just somewhere I ended up on a random ride. Somewhere in western Shanghai, but I might have some trouble finding it again.

As for sensitive oranges, I was thinking specifically of the Orange Order

I didn't know that bit of history. I love learning new things...interesting.

Anyway, back to the thread. Orange is great. Much better than Apple.

Fragrant

Great riding in spring when in bloom + orange groves = rolling hills.

I used to LOVE drinking OJ but I get too much of a sugar rush/crash now if it is anything more than a few ounces.

Eating an orange is still great, though. Apparently the glycemic index of an orange vs. the juice is substantially lower.

Apples still rock, if they're the right apples. (Empires and Braeburns for me)

I'm more partial to yellow myself. In fact all my bikes are in the yellow range of colors...well, the MV is yellow and black, the huffy and the mtb are both gold colored (sort of yellow )

Bananas are yellow....bananas are better then oranges too.
