    Somebody help me out here

My dad has a website that I have been trying to understand for a while now, but I can't understand it. If anyone can visit and try to explain some of it, that would be great. I have tried to ask him about it, but end up more confused than when I started. Here is the link

    It's art.

What I've learned in my 35 years, that sometimes it's better to just enjoy art than to try to figure it out.

It's computer generated art. Some might classify it as a form of "Pop" in order to disassociate it from "Classic" types.

It's exactly whats been done throughout the ages with sticks, paint or silkscreen.

The rhetoric (i.e. blabity blah blah) of "Visual poetry is a hybrid artform which stresses the look of the poem on the page" is a way of trying to lead the perceiver into a forced understanding of the art type. I agree with a2psyklnut, don't stress over this. Sometimes trying to understand art through someone elses explanation is more frustrating than its worth. If you like it, then its good.

Personally, I like some of the pieces on the site. I was afraid at first you were leading me somewhere I'd regret going.......

You would think that I would have learned that over the years...thanks for the input!
