Hi Allen. Not much, I should be outside raking up leaves, but decided to drop in to warm my hands.

I purchased a twenty foot long bungee cord and just picked up the rest of the gear needed to rig it up in the back yard. Can't wait for the snow to fly!

Hi UA!

Things are great, working in the bike industry and getting a new puppy this week!

Nice! Are you really planning on launching yourself with that bungee cord?

You two need to make a trip to the Upper Peninsula. It's an amazing place.

Yeah, I picked up some webbing and a couple of carabiners to rig it up to one of the many large trees in our yard. I'm pulling out two saw horses out of the barn and plan on building a few rails / jumps to play on.

I would LOVE to head out your way on our next trip, we have quite a few friends in your part of the woods. I have been hearing a lot about Minnesota lately as well. I imagine that whole section of country is spectacularly beautiful in fall and for the first snows of the year.

Hi Joe! I've been wondering where you guys have been. Snows falling in Oregon, the skis are waxed and by the door, just a bit more on the ground and I'm there. Hope you are both well, come to Eugene again sometime, it'd be great to see you.

Hey, Joe! Have fun with the new puppy -- I assume you'll post pics...

No falling leaves here, just more pollution since the end of the World Expo. Sigh.

Yo Shifty! We drove through your beautiful valley earlier this year, but it was a rushed side trip that included a 20hr epic one day portland -> slc straight shot.

I can't believe how beautiful Oregon is. We drove up to Mt Hood, Crater Lake and a few other areas. Wish we had more time. Soon, I'm sure. We have not yet visited Oregon in winter! We have hiked for turns twice this year, both at Alta. Enjoying every second of it. It's dumping up there now, raining in the valley...

gbcb, I saw pictures of the World Expo, the cost, size and scope of it all is hard to wrap my mind around. What a scene that must have been.

Yo X! The world is treating us great, it always has.

Hi Joe! It's crazy because I was just thinking about Shadiyah the other day when I got a shipment of young coconut....

Did the T shirt business get off to a start yet? How's that going? I know a great place where you can get an banner ad.....

Can't wait to see the puppy and please tell Shadiyah I said hello to her, okay? Give her a hug for me!! ((hugs)) to you too.

Hi Joe! Are you guys going to Brighton again this year? Have you been up yet? Sounds like the base is a little lean just yet.

Lucy is a golden retriever, with an irish cream dad, and yes, Heather picked her out. I know my place...

Hi Siu, Heather just picked up a gallon of coconut oil! She says 'hi' back at you. We closed up shop on the jersey biz before we ever had a product. I'm working for QBP now, great company, glad to have the stability in my life!

Second Mouse. Yeah, but not on weekends, I'll be up there M, T & W 9 - 10am and Th & F 9 - 11. Do you have a pass this season?

Yep, but we'll likely mostly make it up only on weekends. With the rest of humanity.

Looks like it could be a decent year.

Shardul likes dogs MUCH more then cats. He has no issues with dogs in general, but put any other cat close to him, and he becomes super alpha-male.

SM, bummer about weekends! We will be hiking for turns most weekends, with a few side trips to Powder Mtn and Solitude.

Awwww Lucy is so cute!! The thing about Goldens (and Labs too!) is that you will now have a forever puppy. That's why all of mine have some sort of mix of that breed.

QBP? Oooh lucky YOU!

You can't go wrong with a retriever. After three years they become the most well-behaved dogs. Unfortunately you have three years of puppy rambunctiousness ahead! We have a puppy too (shepherd/greyhound mix), but he's already outgrowing his puppiness. He's seven months old.

Congrats on the QBP gig. One of their reps helps out at the LBS on weekends and he seems to really like the company.
