Question for the Mods

On the member list, most of us have the date of our last visit listed. However for some members, it will say they last visited in 1969. Wtf is UP with that?

botto wasn't even born in 1969, was he?

Ummm. I have outlined some facts below. Can you piece them together to arrive at a conclusion?
  • The beginning of time was Jan 1 1970 00:00:00. So if you are ahead of UTC, as we east coaster's are, that would be 5ish hours older.
  • botto transcends time.

I thought Botto was older than me and I was born in 1969. I now expect him to turn up and say 'incorrect'.

Do you have your reading glasses on, pcad? The earliest date I see when I do a search for last visit is 1999.

I just checked it again, botto's last visit on my version of BF says 12-31-69. It has said that for years.

I think that's because botto haunts this place rather then visits it.

Change mine so that it hides the date of my last visit too. What's the big mystery?

The concept of "visit" requires that you leave, for a time.

(Many servers default to 30 minutes)

I like mac and cheese. I liked it pre 1970 and I still like it today.
